Established in 1984, Chocolate Chocolate was founded by the Park sisters who are not only chocoholics, but the authors of many books for kids and adults. In fact, they're currently working on a Chocolate Chocolate memoir!
Their shop is currently on a busy corner in the nation’s capital. To many Washingtonians, Chocolate Chocolate and its three walls of glass are a DC landmark, but not for long... After nearly twenty-five years in the same location, Chocolate Chocolate has lost its lease! The good news is that the Park sisters have found a new gem of a location just footsteps away at 1130 Connecticut Avenue. The space is currently under construction and will open in mid October. Just in time for the holidays! |

When the Park sisters opened their shop, chocolate was a delicious but sinful indulgence saved for special occasions. Not anymore! Customers come in everyday for their daily fix. |

And the good news... Eating chocolate in moderation is good for you! Studies prove that chocolate's healthy properties lower blood pressure and raise good cholesterol. That's not all! Chocolate's natural serotonin lifts spirits and makes us all happy! There are even studies which claim that milk chocolate improves the memory. |
